Waterfront Market Graphs
The graphs below show the average market time, the percentage of selling price versus list price, average list price and average sales price for waterfront homes over the past five years for North Kitsap County, Southeast Jefferson County and Bainbridge Island.
Because there have been a limited number of waterfront sales in the area, during some months there have been no sales. This causes the average values to go to zero in those months. Similarly, a single sale can make a big jump in an average value.
