
The graphs continue to show buyers' markets. Increases in average selling prices have stalled slightly, but unit sales are increasing slowly in SEJ and BI, and more significantly in NK. Inventories are continuing to drop in NK and slowly increase in SEJ and BI. It will be interesting to see what effect the completion of the Hood Canal Bridge project will have on the market in SEJ. My feeling is that it will remove one drag on the market, but will not cause a dramatic change since there are many other forces at work as well.
